Schedule a Reading

Book a reading.  Be sure to add your email address and a phone number so I can contact you if any changes are required.  Indicate your preferred location for the reading.  If at your house, please include the complete address. If you are schedulinga group reading, please indicate in the Notes how many people you expect to have.  Be sure to indicate if your Individual reading is for 30 minutes or 1 hour.
